Aptiv is seeking an HR Analyst in Monterrey to join the Global People Operations team. You will provide operational support to the People team, manage HRIS transactions in Workday and Oracle, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

You will collaborate with the Americas regional team and global COEs to streamline HR processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in HR, advanced English, and hands-on Workday experience; US HR experience is mandatory.

Formación

• Completed bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Advanced English.
• US HR experience is a MUST.
• Strong proficiency in Workday with hands-on experience.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS with proper approvals.
• Monitor onboarding ensuring documents and tasks are complete with IT and Payroll.
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in HRIS.
• Maintain contingent workforce data (hires, terminations, extensions).
• Handle employment verification and government requests.
• Support data audits and cleanup.
• Assist with electronic employee files and compliance with legal requirements.
• Support HR process improvements and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and COEs for seamless HR operations.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Support reporting by generating standard and ad-hoc reports from Workday.
