Job summary
A prominent hotel chain in Kuwait is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. In this role, you will manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and maintain service quality. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar setting and possess strong communication skills. A flexible schedule is necessary to meet the hospitality demands.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Front Office/Reception role in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
- A professional appearance and attitude in guest interactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Maintaining accurate records in the hotel’s property management system.
- Previous experience in a Front Office/Reception role in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, guest-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
