The Role

Reporting to the Head of Client Servicing Unit, you’ll streamline client relationships, oversee strategic outputs, and ensure seamless coordination between the agency’s creative team and clients. This is your chance to enhance campaign success, sharpen your strategic planning skills, and deliver top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, offering insights on current and upcoming projects.
• Respond to social media inquiries per client agreements.
• Track deliverables (posts, photos, designs) to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Work with the Content Creation Coordinator to shape photoshoot and video shoot focuses.
• Write engaging captions and copy that reflect client brand tones.
• Manage design requests and follow-ups with the creative team.
• Tackle client challenges like sales, brand exposure, and social media growth.
• Conduct market research and deliver reports (e.g., SWOT analyses, performance metrics).
• Support proposal development and help hit quarterly team targets.

What They're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Arabic is a must (Kuwaiti dialect).
• Background in a marketing agency is a must.
• Interested in creating creative ideas for social media posts and campaigns.
