Job summary
A leading global hospitality company in Kuwait seeks an Executive Pastry Chef to manage the pastry section and deliver high-quality dessert offerings. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong supervisory skills, and a passion for creative pastry. This role requires excellent planning and organization in a dynamic kitchen environment, offering opportunities to develop seasonal menu offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Chef experience.
- Approaches pastry with creativity.
- Committed to a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist running the pastry section of the kitchen.
- Ensure excellent quality throughout dessert offerings.
- Plan production to facilitate daily requirements.
