Job summary

A global defense contractor is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic II in Kuwait. This role involves performing maintenance and inspections on aircraft systems, particularly on models UH60, CH47, & AH64. Candidates must have significant maintenance experience along with specific knowledge of aviation technology and the ability to work under various environmental conditions. A valid U.S. passport and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience required.
• Two years aviation maintenance experience with A&P on MDS UH60, CH47, & AH64.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Passport and be able to obtain a Kuwait Visa.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies.
• Inspect engine turbine blades for defects.
• Disassemble and inspect parts for wear or damage.

Skills

General knowledge of aircraft troubleshooting

Knowledge of aircraft electrical systems

Experience with technical publications

Education

High School Graduate or equivalent
