The Sales Executive – Install will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager – HVAC. Based in Kuwait, you will be part of a team responsible for generating business by selling HVAC solutions to contractors and clients, driving growth in the install division for Building Technology and Solutions, with a focus on the HVAC portfolio.
Your role emphasizes acquiring sales and installation solutions for new construction projects in Kuwait, increasing market share with key customers, and achieving defined sales volumes. You will work in a dynamic environment that leverages your experience to generate business from the existing HVAC installation base.
As an experienced Sales Executive, you should have a thorough understanding of our HVAC product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with customers (contractors and end clients) to meet their expectations and close new opportunities.
You will develop sales strategies, qualify and prioritize opportunities, maintain accurate territory records, prepare financial justifications, proposals, and presentations, and follow up to close sales effectively. You will coordinate with operations to enhance service delivery and liaise with finance teams to manage AR & DSO levels. Maintaining existing accounts through regular contact and accurately updating sales tools for opportunity tracking and forecasting (with an accuracy above 95%) are also key responsibilities.
