Job summary

Novartis Kuwait Limited is seeking a TA Representative to execute in-field commercial strategy for priority brands within a defined territory in Kuwait. You will drive high-quality customer engagement, execute brand and tactical plans, generate demand, and achieve sales objectives in line with policies, ethics and compliance.

You will collaborate with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access and cross-functional partners to apply data-driven call plans and share insights that improve territory

Qualifications

• Degree/education in relevant discipline.
• Proven successful performance track record.
• Experience launching new products is preferred.
• Solid Kuwait market experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging TMEs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field strategy for priority brands within defined territory.
• Deliver compliant, high-impact customer engagement with brand messaging.
• Explain clinical data and appropriate product use to HCPs.
• Leverage technology enablement and next-best-action tools.
