Job summary

Novartis is seeking a TA Representative to execute in-field commercial strategy for priority brands in Kuwait. The role emphasizes high-quality customer engagement, compliant execution of brand plans, and achievement of sales objectives within Novartis governance.

You will segment customers, apply value-based targeting, deliver personalized omnichannel engagement, use data-driven call plans, and collaborate with TA Marketing, Medical, and other partners to optimize territory performance.

Qualifications

• Degree/education in relevant discipline.
• Proven successful performance track record.
• Experience in launching new products preferred.
• Solid Kuwait market experience preferred.
• Solid communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Established experience engaging TMEs.

Responsibilities

• Execute ICE field execution framework by segmenting customers and delivering value-based targeting.
• Deliver compliant high-impact customer engagement using brand messaging and digital tools.
• Act as a trusted TA partner to HCPs explaining clinical data and product use.
• Maximize technology enablement and next best action proposals.
• Collect and share field insights to address territory needs and priorities.
• Participate in local events and promotions in compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with TA Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, and Execution Excellence partners.
