Novartis AG in Kuwait seeks a TA Representative to execute in-field commercial strategy for priority brands within a defined territory. You will engage customers with high quality, deliver brand messaging, and use data-driven call plans to meet sales objectives while adhering to compliance standards.

You will collaborate with TA Marketing, Medical TA, and Value & Access teams, provide field insights, participate in events, and leverage digital tools to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in launching new products is preferred
• Solid Kuwait market experience preferable
• Degree in relevant discipline required
• Proven track record of success
• Experience engaging TMEs with healthcare professionals

Responsabilidades

• Execute the ICE field execution framework by segmenting customers, applying value-based targeting, delivering personalized omnichannel engagement, following data-driven call plans, and ensuring timely visit documentation.
• Deliver compliant, high-impact customer engagement by applying brand messaging, leveraging digital tools, and using insights to improve execution.
• Act as a trusted therapeutic area commercial partner to HCPs, explaining clinical data, evidence, and appropriate product use.
• Maximize technology enablement support systems, e.g. next best action proposals, to enhance engagement impact.
• Collect, interpret, and share field insights on best practices, customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and territory priorities.
• Participate in or contribute to local events, meetings, and promotional activities in compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access, and Execution Excellence partners
