Job summary

e-Portal is actively recruiting for the role of Presales Consultant in Kuwait. You will design and deliver complex product demonstrations and solution workshops to show how our offerings meet customer needs.

The role requires collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions. Responsibilities include conducting PoCs and demos, preparing responses for RFPs/RFIs, and guiding a team of Architects to ensure successful pre-sales engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT field, business development or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, identify design gaps, and recommend suitable technical solutions and architecture enhancements.
• Design, propose, and validate scalable infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring functionality, interoperability, and alignment with business needs.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities and support decision-making.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Architects, providing technical guidance and support while ensuring successful pre-sales engagement and solution delivery.
