In this role, you will be responsible for builds and conducts complex product demonstrations and solution workshops with customers to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of a company's products or services. They help clients understand how the company's solutions can meet their needs and provide technical support during the sales process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, identify design gaps, and recommend suitable technical solutions and architecture enhancements.
• Design, propose, and validate scalable infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring functionality, interoperability, and alignment with business needs.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities and support decision-making.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Architects, providing technical guidance and support while ensuring successful pre-sales engagement and solution delivery.
