Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is a leading developer and operator of shopping malls, retail, and entertainment in the Middle East and beyond. We are seeking a Team Leader HHH for MAF Retail in Kuwait to drive quality, range and freshness standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role focuses on motivating the team, coaching, and ensuring smooth store operations to achieve sales targets. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

Diploma in Commerce or Finance is required.
At least 3+ years in a Retail operations role.
Pleasant and warm disposition with a customer service orientation.
Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
People oriented and able to build team spirit and motivation; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Oversee store pricing policy and pricing accuracy.
Manage product assortment in the section.
Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers to support discount messaging.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and strive to improve NPS.
Ensure proper stock management including reports, stock value, replenishment and deliveries.
Minimize waste and shrinkage; report discrepancies.
Identify slow-moving stock and manage expiry risks where applicable.
Ensure displays follow pricing and Plano-gram standards.
