Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Team Leader HHH for MAF Retail in Kuwait. You will drive pricing policy, manage assortment, and coordinate promotions while coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service and sales targets.

Role requires a Diploma in Commerce/Finance and 3+ years of experience in retail operations. You will lead merchandising execution, monitor stock levels, and ensure visual standards are maintained across the section.

Qualifications

Customer service orientation required.
Clear communication is essential for team motivation and customer interaction.
Ability to build team spirit and motivate others.
Strong attention to detail in stock and merchandising processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee and implement the commercial policy for store pricing.
Oversee the products assortment in the section.
Negotiate promotions with suppliers to highlight discounts.
Monitor NPS and drive improvements in the section.
Ensure stock management with reports, stock value, replenishment and deliveries.
Minimise waste and shrinkage and report variances.
Identify slow-moving items and work to push sales before expiry.
Ensure correct pricing and Plano-gram compliance on displays.
