Job summary

STC Kuwait Telecommunications Company is seeking a Presales Consultant to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will work closely with customers to understand needs and develop solutions that meet requirements, while leading a team of pre-sales engineers and coordinating with cross-functional groups to drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities to guide the team in delivering tailored PoCs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in IT, business development, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify new business opportunities
• Qualify leads and develop effective sales strategies
• Analyze customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions that address business needs
• Deliver solution presentations, PoCs and technical demonstrations to support customer decision-making
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs and technical proposals ensuring accurate solution design and compliance with requirements
• Lead and mentor pre-sales engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and drive project outcomes
