Job summary

Taleo in Kuwait is seeking a Presales Consultant to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, understand customer needs, and develop tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication, technical know-how, and leadership to guide pre-sales engineers.

You will deliver PoCs, presentations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and mentor the team while collaborating with cross-functional groups to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in IT field, business development or a related field.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires extensive technical expertise, communication skills, sales acumen, and leadership abilities to lead a team of pre-sales engineers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.
