Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Proven skills with ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to keep shelves stocked.
• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatching goods with a keen eye for detail.
• Implement and improve operational procedures to boost efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improve performance.
