Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics, ensuring on-time delivery, accuracy, and exceptional service. You will own inbound, outbound, inventory, and last-mile activities, guiding a team across packing, drivers, and warehouse staff.

You will drive KPIs, supervise GRNs, ensure FIFO/FEFO stock entries, coordinate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Finance, and Customer Service, and implement continuous improvements to reduce costs and boost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years leading warehouse/logistics operations with teams of 50+.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail logistics is a major plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of goods from dock to doorstep, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Inspire, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates, packers, and drivers to boost performance.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory counts, and SLAs with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate across Purchasing, Finance, and Customer Service to keep operations aligned.
• Handle issues like late deliveries, damaged items, or stock discrepancies quickly and smartly.
• Supervise GRNs, inspect product quality, and manage returns with vendors.
• Ensure accurate stock entry using FIFO/FEFO standards and track discrepancies.
• Drive timely and accurate order fulfillment—pick, pack, and ship.
• Lead logistics to meet delivery SLAs and resolve fulfillment hiccups.
• Lead cycle counts, audits, and reconcile stock movements.
• Manage reordering, stock aging, and disposal of unsellable goods.

• Own the flow: Oversee the entire lifecycle of goods from dock to doorstep, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction are never compromised.

• Master the numbers: Monitor KPIs, inventory counts, and SLAs with laser-sharp focus. You know every item has a place and every process has a purpose.


• Collaborate across the board: From Purchasing to Finance to Customer Service, you’re the operational linchpin ensuring everything ticks.


• Problem-solve like a ninja: Whether it’s a late delivery, a damaged item, or a stock discrepancy, you act fast and fix smart.


• Supervise Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), inspect product quality, and manage returns with vendors.


• Ensure accurate stock entry using FIFO/FEFO standards and track discrepancies.


• Drive timely and accurate order fulfillment—pick, pack, and ship like a boss.


• Coordinate logistics to meet delivery SLAs and solve fulfillment hiccups quickly.


• Lead cycle counts, audits, and reconcile stock movements.


• Manage reordering, stock aging, and proper disposal of unsellable goods.


• Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery:


• Route drivers for maximum efficiency and customer happiness.


• Handle returns and delivery exceptions with professionalism and poise.


• Schedule and coach staff for peak performance.


• Implement continuous improvement strategies across operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.


• Experience: 5+ years leading operations in warehouse or logistics environments, with teams of 50+.


• Industry Edge: E-commerce or retail logistics experience is a major plus.


• Tech-Savvy: Fluent in WMS, ERP systems, Excel, and Google Workspace.


• Languages: English fluency a must. Arabic? Even better.
