Job summary

Boutiqaat in Kuwait seeks an Operations Shift Leader to run daily warehouse and logistics activities, coordinating inbound, outbound, inventory, and deliveries with a focus on accuracy and speed.

You will lead a 40+ person team, ensure FIFO, track KPIs, optimize stock flow, and collaborate across Purchasing, Freight, and Inventory to maintain a flawless supply chain. Experience with ERP/WMS and advanced Excel is required for success in this fast-paced environment.

As Operations Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to leader driving smooth, efficient daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and delivery management. You'll coordinate teams, track KPIs, and ensure every process runs like clockwork all while collaborating across departments to keep our supply chain flawless.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the receipt process: validating stock, closing GRNs on time, and ensuring quality standards with your QC team.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and manage returns to vendors like a pro.
• Partner with Purchasing, Freight, and Inventory teams to keep stock flowing smoothly.
• Lead your team to pick, sort, and pack orders efficiently, always sticking to FIFO principles.
• Ensure quality packaging for local and international shipments and flawless handoffs to delivery partners.
• Monitor order fulfillment KPIs and troubleshoot picking or packing issues with lightning speed.
• Oversee stock movement, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy, making sure no product gets lost in the shuffle.
• Manage expired or damaged stock, returns, and optimize warehouse space to keep things running lean and mean.
• Organize deliveries by zone, track driver performance, and ensure every shipment reaches its destination on time.
• Take charge of reverse logistics and return processing with precision and care.
• Create schedules, manage attendance, and develop your team through cross-training and continuous feedback.
• Drive cost-effective operations and foster a culture of efficiency and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3-6 years' experience leading warehouse or logistics operations, managing teams of 40+ people
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field
• Strong command of ERP, WMS, and logistics management systems
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Natural leader with sharp problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Data-driven and results-focused, with excellent communication skills
