Job summary

Wataniya Reinforced Plastic Factory Co. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business in Kuwait. You will use a consultative approach to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.

Responsibilities include building key relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with technical and production teams, and achieving sales targets while contributing to growth plans in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in Kuwait.
• Experience in construction, contracting, building materials, water tanks, or related industrial products.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait project and contracting market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; driving license

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in Kuwait.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and management teams to meet project requirements.
• Follow up from inquiry to quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
