Job summary

Candidate Experience site in Kuwait seeks a Senior Sales Engineer with a strong piping background to drive sales in the Kuwait market. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide technical and commercial guidance to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
5-10 years of sales experience in the piping industry, preferably in Kuwait.
Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, valves, fittings, HDPE, UPVC, CPVC, PPR.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new opportunities.
Established network with consultants, contractors, project owners and decision-makers in Kuwait.
Excellent understanding of the Kuwait local market.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Business development mindset with market opportunity identification.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Visa 18 transferable).
Valid Kuwait driving license.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for piping products and solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, infra, industrial, oil & gas, mechanical sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and end users.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on project requirements.
Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities to maximize sales conversion.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts while ensuring profitability objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects for growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and project support.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and market intelligence reports.
