Job summary

Kuwait-based organization in the building materials sector seeks a driven sales professional to accelerate business development across projects. You will promote drywall systems, cladding, and related materials, supporting specifications and technical proposals with consultants, contractors, and developers.

The role requires 1–5 years in technical/project sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client interactions across multiple projects in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in technical/project sales within construction or building materials.
• Knowledge of drywall systems or similar building solutions is an advantage.
• Experience handling BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Strong understanding of the Kuwait construction market with exposure to consultants and contractors.
• Ability to build relationships and manage client interactions across projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to generate pipeline and close deals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Must be currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and project sales within the construction sector by identifying new opportunities.
• Promote building material solutions across ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and developers, supporting specifications and technical proposals.
• Conduct client presentations.
• Follow up on project pipelines to ensure alignment with timelines, approvals, and overall sales targets.
