Job summary

Advanced Search in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Technical Sales professional to represent generator products across the region. You will develop territory growth plans, identify new verticals, and lead engagements with EPC contractors, consultants, and utilities.

You will generate leads via site visits, events, and outreach, track tenders and projects, and coordinate with technical teams on engineered solutions. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in technical sales within Kuwait or GCC.
• Knowledge of pumps, power systems, engineering solutions, or industrial equipment (advantageous).
• Established network with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, and oil & gas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the official representative of generator in Kuwait.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with regional strategy.
• Identify new verticals, segments, and untapped customer accounts.
• Proactively generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
• Track upcoming projects, tenders, and infrastructure developments in Kuwait.
• Secure vendor approvals and product specifications with consultants and end users.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance documents, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved commercial frameworks.
• Ensure alignment on pricing strategy, margins, and project targeting.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customized engineering solutions.
• Assist in resolving technical queries during project execution.
