Job summary

Maceen Al Sharq in Kuwait is seeking a Sales & Projects Engineer who acts as a bridge between the sales team, product development, and clients to translate technical solutions into business value.

You will lead demonstrations, design tailored solutions, and support the full pre-sales cycle, including PoCs and proposals, while navigating Kuwait-specific procurement and compliance requirements. English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Willingness to travel locally with valid iqama preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical sales experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred for client interaction.
• Solid understanding of Kuwait procurement, regulatory and compliance landscape.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
• Manage the technical sales cycle focusing on growth industries in the region.
• Design customized technical solutions that meet customer needs and local standards.
• Collaborate with Sales to build accurate technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Relay regional customer feedback and market trends to influence product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Presentations Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations to key stakeholders and technical committees
• Consultative Sales Manage the technical sales cycle focusing on high-growth industries across region
• Solution Design Partner with customers to design customized tailored technical solutions that align with local standards and regulations
• Proposal Generation Collaborate with the sales team to build accurate technical proposals and respond to formal Requests for Proposals RFPs
• Market Insights Relay regional customer feedback and market trends to the global engineering team to influence product roadmaps
• Customer Support Provide pre-sales technical support proof-of-concept PoC management and initial post-sale troubleshooting

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably within the Kuwait market.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred for client relationship building.
• Regional Acumen: Deep understanding of the Kuwait business landscape, procurement processes, and relevant local compliance standards.
• Mobility: Valid Driving License and willingness to travel domestically.
• Legal Status: Valid Iqama (transferable preferred)
