Job summary

The organization in Kuwait-based in the building materials sector seeks a proactive sales professional to drive new opportunities, cultivate relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors, and manage the full sales cycle.

You will present products, support specifications and proposals, forecast opportunities, maintain the pipeline, and strive to exceed sales targets in Kuwait and the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in technical/project sales within Kuwait.
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably within building materials or building solutions products.
• Proven track record in project and B2B sales.
• Knowledge of drywall systems or related construction products is an advantage.
• Experience with BOQs, project specifications, and tender documents.
• Existing consultant and contractor network in Kuwait.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate new business opportunities, manage project pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the building/construction sector in Kuwait.
• Generate leads and build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
• Conduct product presentations and support the specification process and technical proposals.
• Follow up on project opportunities and forecast project sales.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure conversion of inquiries into sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
