Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is seeking an Information System Co Ordinator to support IT operations and align with Hyatt global strategies. You will assist in planning, directing, and controlling IT activities to maximize guest satisfaction and streamline processes.

The role requires strong English, hotel tech exposure, and hands-on experience with Hyatt systems, networking, and guest systems. Collaboration with management and teams is essential to ensure seamless IT services.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma holder in Information System and or Computer Programming
• 3-4 years previous experience in an IT management role
• Previous experience working in a hotel or large operation with advance technology
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience in Hyatt Networks
• Experience in Hyatt Systems including Opera & Micros
• Hyatt User Support
• Cisco Networking / SW/ Routers/ CCNA
• Telephones systems/ PBX / Call accounting
• VMware/ VMs

Summary

As an Information System Co Ordinator, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Information System Co Ordinator is responsible to assist the Information System Manager in managing the department as a successful department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with Hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the IT operations and its administration.
