Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is seeking an Information System Co Ordinator to support the IT operations and ensure guest satisfaction through robust technology services.

You will assist the Information System Manager in planning, organizing, directing and controlling IT activities, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring seamless operation of Hyatt systems such as Opera & Micros while communicating in English.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Information System and/or Computer Programming.
• 3-4 years previous experience in an IT management role.
• Experience in Hyatt Networks and Hyatt Systems including Opera & Micros.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Experience in handling guest systems IPTV/DGS/PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt standards.
• Support the Information System Manager in planning, organizing, directing and controlling IT operations and administration.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through reliable IT services and hotel systems.
