Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Kuwait City is seeking an Information System Co Ordinator to support the IT department and ensure smooth operation aligned with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will assist the Information System Manager in planning, directing and controlling IT operations, maintaining systems and delivering high guest satisfaction across the hotel.

• University degree or diploma in Information System and/or Computer Programming.
• 3-4 years in an IT management role.
• Experience in hotel or large operation with advanced technology.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.

As an Information System Co Ordinator, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Information System Co Ordinator is responsible to assist the Information System Manager in managing the department as a successful department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with Hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the IT operations and its administration.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma holder in Information System and or Computer Programming
• 3-4 years previous experience in an IT management role
• Previous experience working in a hotel or large operation with advance technology
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English communication
• Telephones systems/ PBX / Call accounting
• VMware/ VMs
• Handling Systems, Support and Maintaining policies/ procedures
• Handling Computer and networking hardware
