Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Information System Co Ordinator to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will help manage IT operations and administration to ensure maximum guest satisfaction across Hyatt properties.

The role requires a degree in Information Systems or Computer Programming, 3–4 years in IT management, and experience with Hyatt systems like Opera & Micros, Cisco networking, VMware, and guest

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma holder in Information System and or Computer Programming.
• 3-4 years previous experience in an IT management role.
• Experience in Hyatt Systems including Opera & Micros.
• Cisco Networking / SW/ Routers/ CCNA experience.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Handling Computer and networking hardware.
• VMware/ VM management experience.
• Experience in Hyatt Networks.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Job description

As an Information System Co Ordinator, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Information System Co Ordinator is responsible to assist the Information System Manager in managing the department as a successful department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with Hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the IT operations and its administration.

• University degree or diploma holder in Information System and or Computer Programming
• 3-4 years previous experience in an IT management role
• Previous experience working in a hotel or large operation with advance technology
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English communication
