Job summary

Destination Hotels in Kuwait City is seeking an Information System Co Ordinator to support IT operations in line with Hyatt International's strategies, ensuring guest and staff expectations are met.

The role involves assisting the Information System Manager to run the department, maintain hotel systems such as Opera & Micros, and uphold network, telephony, and IPTV/DGS/PA services to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Information System and/or Computer Programming.
• 3-4 years of IT management experience.
• Experience in hotel or large operation with advanced technology.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience with Hyatt Networks.
• Experience with Hyatt Systems including Opera & Micros.
• Hyatt User Support.
• Cisco Networking / SW / Routers / CCNA.
• Telephones systems / PBX / Call accounting.
• VMware / VMs.
• Handling systems, policies and procedures.
• Handling computer and networking hardware.
• Guest systems IPTV / DGS / PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Information Systems department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Support the Information System Manager in managing the department to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel standards.
• Plan, organize, direct and control IT operations and administration to ensure stable systems and services.
