Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Reservation Agent to support the Reservation Department within the Rooms Division. You will help ensure smooth daily operations and align with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.

The role requires a hospitality or tourism management qualification and at least two years of hotel operations experience, plus strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
