Zusammenfassung

IHG is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations within a hotel environment in Kuwait. You will lead and support the F&B team during shifts, ensuring smooth service, accurate cash handling, and high standards of presentation and guest care.

You will manage training, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced setting while promoting a positive team culture. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• 4 years in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an international hotel.
• Experience in supervisory or team-leading roles preferred.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest service.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations ensuring smooth service.
• Lead and support F&B colleagues during shifts with briefings, assignments, scheduling, and coordination.
• Provide prompt, professional, personalised service and handle guest feedback effectively.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation, service sequence, cleanliness, and outlet readiness.
• Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about menus, promotions, allergens, and hotel facilities.
• Monitor reservations, guest flow, and service efficiency to maximise satisfaction.
• Support training, coaching and development of colleagues with feedback.
• Oversee cash handling, billing, POS transactions, and shift closing procedures.
