Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Kuwait is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Lead to drive daily service excellence, oversee the outlet, and ensure brand standards are met across all touchpoints.

You will mentor hospitality teammates, prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance and grooming, manage inventory, handle guest feedback, promote upselling, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Marketing to boost revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations within hospitality.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and deliver superior guest service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards meet hotel procedures and brand requirements.
• Represent the outlet in F&B and operational meetings and conduct daily team briefings.
• Prepare staff schedules based on forecasts, business levels, and events; monitor attendance and grooming.
• Oversee sanitation, hygiene, inventory, and maintain stock par levels; manage labor costs.
