Job summary

Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre Kuwait is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring seamless service and high quality in guest interactions.

The role involves supervising and coaching F&B colleagues, managing inventory, coordinating with kitchen and purchasing teams, and enforcing hygiene and safety standards to maximize guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining areas.
• Ensure efficient and courteous service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Supervise and train F&B colleagues, providing guidance on service standards, product knowledge, and guest interactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supplies.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining F&B promotions and events to attract and retain guests.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the F&B department.
• Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals and enhance overall departmental performance.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
