Job summary

The Chocolate Bar in Kuwait seeks a hands-on Supervisor to lead both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring top quality service, food safety, and smooth daily operations. You will model standards, monitor shifts, and drive guest satisfaction while controlling costs and waste.

You will work closely with FOH and BOH management to uphold brand standards, manage opening/closing procedures, and mentor staff to deliver consistent, memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate good supervisory skills and to work effectively as part of a team.
• Presentable appearance, good personal hygiene and following TCB dress code
• Drive and enthusiasm for food & beverage sales

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing operational goals and objectives.
• Responsible for the FOH & BOH team on a day to day basis and oversee Front of house & Kitchen operations.
• To have a strong relationship with FOH & BOH management to support the Floor & Branch Manager
• Ensure all opening, closing, and transition checklists and procedures are completed properly and recorded
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
• Serve as a role model for all staff by consistently meeting and exceeding the set standards and performing at the highest level
• Respond to customer complaint professionally and tactfully.
• Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Assist in monitoring staff schedules and ensure staffing levels are accurate on shift
• Oversee Safety compliance and sanitation standards.
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational cost.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Manager and Floor Manager.
