Job summary

International Group of Aamina in Kuwait is seeking a dedicated F&B Supervisor – Male for a full-time, on-site role in Qurain. The position commands 9-hour shifts, one day off per week, and requires strong leadership to oversee restaurant operations.

You will supervise FOH and BOH staff, coordinate schedules, monitor attendance and grooming, ensure service excellence, manage costs, and uphold hygiene and food safety standards in line with Kuwait Labor Law. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong experience in Bakery & Pastry operations is preferred.
• Visa: 18 Small Project / 18 Normal – Transferable.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and F&B operations.
• Manage and coordinate FOH and BOH staff.
• Allocate staff duties and prepare shift schedules.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure proper Bakery & Pastry operations where applicable.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen/store team.
• Assist with inventory and stock control.
• Reduce food wastage and control operational costs.
• Check daily sales, cash handling, and closing procedures.
• Train and guide new and existing employees.
• Ensure Kuwait labor law and company policies are followed.
