Job Description - Enterprise Senior Account Manager (26202215)

Solutions by stc is actively recruiting for the role of Enterprise Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with top key accounts & negotiate and finalize contracts. The role holder is also responsible to identify and track sales pipeline (prospects, opportunities, etc.) and provide continuous support and service to business clients and his team members if any.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies for the Enterprise sector to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise and major customers through regular visits, account management, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare strategic account development plans covering customer revenue, requirements, risks, and growth opportunities to maximize results.
• Lead and support the sales team by monitoring daily opportunities, opening new sales channels, and acting on current and future business prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, provide regular performance reports, and serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
