Job summary

Solutions by stc is seeking an Enterprise Senior Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with top key accounts, negotiate and finalize contracts, and provide ongoing support to business clients.

You will lead account strategies, build opportunities, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and act as the main contact for key accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant enterprise sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of relevant enterprise sales or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies for the Enterprise sector to achieve revenue growth profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise and major customers through regular visits account management and identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare strategic account development plans covering customer revenue requirements risks and growth opportunities to maximize results.
• Lead and support the sales team by monitoring daily opportunities opening new sales channels and acting on current and future business prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery provide regular performance reports and serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
