Job summary

Aventus Global seeks an exceptional CCoE Governance Specialist to lead enterprise cloud governance in Kuwait on a 12-month onsite engagement. You will drive governance forums, define policies, and deliver executive dashboards while ensuring alignment with business units and multi-cloud architecture.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in IT governance and cloud strategy, strong leadership, and proven track records in large transformation programs. Immediate mobilization preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/BA or related field.
• 15+ years IT experience with 8+ years in governance/strategy/EA.
• Proven track record leading CCoE governance for large cloud programs.
• Expertise in cloud operating models, compliance, risk, and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and moderate CCoE governance forums and steering committees.
• Define cloud policies, compliance frameworks, and operating guidelines.
• Oversee executive reporting, KPI dashboards and value metrics.
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business units.
• Monitor cloud adoption velocity and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with FinOps on financial governance in cloud models.
• Manage policy exceptions, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Create governance runbooks and operating model documentation.
• Support 12-month onsite Kuwait engagement mobilization.
