Job summary

Aventus Global is seeking an exceptionally skilled IaC/DevOps specialist to join its cloud transformation team in Kuwait on a 12-month onsite engagement. You will develop modular IaC, automate provisioning, and build robust CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DevOps experience, deep Terraform expertise, and strong automation skills across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional DevOps and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Deep technical proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Terraform Cloud, or OpenTofu.
• Extensive hands‑on expertise configuring CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation tooling.
• Solid working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular IaC templates utilizing Terraform and CloudFormation.

Detailed Job Description

As an IaC / DevOps / IaaS Specialist in Kuwait via Aventus Global, you will serve as a principal technical authority responsible for building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure codebases. Your daily responsibilities will encompass authoring reusable Terraform modules, automating IaaS provisioning, configuring enterprise CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), and enforcing security compliance across deployments over a 12-month engagement.
