Job summary

SRVME in Kuwait is seeking a Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries, provide service information, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.

The role requires excellent communication in English and Arabic, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with CRM systems. This is a full-time on-site position based in Kuwait with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about SRVME’s services.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet performance targets including call-handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery service.
