Job summary

Fit Fusion in the United States seeks a driven Personal Training Manager to maximize PT participation and retention. The role is salaried and requires a minimum 45 hours per week, overseeing client acquisition, program delivery, and the overall client journey.

You will coach PT staff, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality programming backed by fitness science, while upholding company standards of punctuality, appearance, and member service.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
Knowledge and command of Crunch programs, like VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku, etc.
Muscle be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
Experience in coaching/motivating groups.
Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
Able to generate, maintain, & demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic & positive attitude.
Possesses a strong member service focus.
Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.

Responsibilities

Sell directly—50% of the time/day and coach frontline staff on selling.
Manage schedules and allocate resources based on KPI insights.
Oversee delivery of personal training services and ensure program quality.
Lead the client journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement and retention.
Communicate KPI results and improvement plans to the General Manager.
