Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to expand strategic partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. The role focuses on growing referral networks and enhancing market presence while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing.
Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets.
Drive growth through healthcare sales in home care and hospice.
Market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary hospice teams and partners.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
