Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant in Massachusetts to develop and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. You will act as a self-starter within an interdisciplinary team to ensure continued delivery of high-quality hospice care across the service area.

The role emphasizes strategic marketing, building referral networks, and maintaining market knowledge while collaborating with clinicians and leaders to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintain knowledge in the field of marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets.
