Job summary
A global energy technology company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand its market presence in Italy's solar and energy storage sectors. This role focuses on developing and managing sales channels with installation partners and distributors, driving the adoption of photovoltaic and battery energy storage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales within renewable energy, with excellent communication skills in Italian and English. This position involves regular travel within Italy and offers a permanent role in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in PV or renewable energy.
- Proven track record in managing installer and distributor relationships.
- Strong understanding of commercial PV systems and storage integration.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with installation partners and distributors.
- Drive sales growth of PV and BESS products through installer networks.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with European objectives.
- Provide technical guidance to installers for optimal system design.
- Support partners with product training and joint sales activities.
- Monitor regional market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Haier Energy at events and workshops.
