San Clemente Palace Venice is looking for Sales & Marketing Director

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the development and implementation of the hotel’s annual commercial strategy
• Driving room, suite, events, and F&B revenue across all market segments
• Managing distribution channels and ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards
• Mentoring a high-performing Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Building strong relationships with key accounts, regional sales offices, and global partners
• Representing the hotel at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events
• Overseeing the sales strategy for our exclusive suites and tracking segment performance monthly
• Analyzing trends, setting clear KPIs, and guiding commercial decisions based on data

• Proven experience in a senior Sales & Marketing leadership role within luxury hospitality
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with a strategic mindset
• Expertise in market segmentation, distribution, and branding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• A hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment
• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
• High energy, self‑motivated, and passionate about excellence in guest experience and performance
