DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

We are looking for a talented professional to join our HQ Marketing Research & Insights Team, that is responsible for generating valuable and actionable insights to understand market context and support product design and plan go-to market initiatives. You will be pivotal in understanding market dynamics and consumer & trade behavior to support strategic marketing decisions. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other marketing teams, markets) to align research findings with business objectives and in the definition of marketing and communication plans across various regions and headquarters.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
  • Designing and developing comprehensive market research projects (both qualitative and quantitative), focusing on both consumer and trade areas
  • Analyzing consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to optimize marketing strategies
  • Monitoring trade recommendation and satisfaction levels regarding our offer vs. competitors to provide insights that support sales and trade marketing
  • Monitoring brand and product perception against competitors by analyzing consumers feedback and reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Managing external research agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables, while staying current on industry trends, innovative methodologies, and emerging research tools
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related fields
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing and / or Commercial function
