Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a Junior Marketing Analyst for a multinational company leader in the Energy sector in Milan (Ripamonti area).

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring customer value management projects. Key responsibilities include:

1. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from various sources.
2. Utilizing analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and insights.
3. Preparing datasets, reports, and presentations to communicate analysis results.
4. Supporting the planning and execution of innovative marketing projects.
5. Monitoring project progress and providing feedback.
6. Collaborating with the team to develop and implement new marketing strategies.
7. Assisting in defining and monitoring KPIs.
8. Creating marketing presentations and materials.
9. Supporting project management and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Marketing.
• Strong interest in data analysis and marketing.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Databricks).
• Ability to work in a team.
• English level B2.
• Problem-solving attitude and critical thinking skills.

Offer: 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave replacement).
