Ottod'Ame - Marketplace Manager

Ottod'Ame, founded in Florence in 2011 by Silvia Mazzoli, is known for its fresh and contemporary style, rooted in traditional Italian tailoring. We are seeking a Marketplace Manager for our Signa (FI) headquarters with at least 5 years of experience.

The candidate will coordinate the implementation and management of international marketplaces and oversee the growth of our digital store. Responsibilities include strategy, commercial agreements with marketplaces, and operational activities to achieve commercial and service objectives. The role involves collaboration with the marketing and communication department for content, advertising strategies, and presence across communication channels.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Answear, Modivo, Vinted, About You...)
• Operational knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, CRM & email tools)
• Ability to coordinate online content and commercial flows
• Esthetic sensitivity (fashion), brand awareness, and tone of voice
• Basic digital advertising skills (interacting with campaign managers)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to data, customer focus, and teamwork
• Excellent command of the English language
• University degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) based in Signa (FI). Salary and contract will be evaluated based on experience.
