Restaurant Manager – Caribbean Luxury Resort

Salary: $36k to $40k + accommodation allowance, visa support, bonus, benefits, and more

Location: Jamaica

Our client is an award-winning luxury hotel group based in Jamaica. We are assisting them in their search for a Restaurant Manager to work in their Italian-themed restaurant!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage and motivate a team
• Handle restaurant financials and P&L
• Staff scheduling
• Maintain brand standards
• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience

The Ideal Candidate:

• Service-oriented personality is essential, with previous leadership experience required
• Passion for Food & Beverage, with on-trend knowledge; beverage experience is a plus
• Strong leadership skills that bring positive energy to the team
• Stable career history
• Willingness to relocate easily
