Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our Guests. As a Commis de Rang you will prepare the dining venues and equipment, food pass and service area of your assigned station in the restaurant, ensuring Guests are consistently provided with courteous, engaging, prompt and efficient service. You will assist the Chef de Rang in the serving of food and attending Guest needs and requests, being highly visible in the operation, providing an expertly service experience, clearing and resetting tables according to standards and respecting the Hygiene standards applied in the Restaurant as per HACCP system. You will be communicating Guest orders to the Chef de Rang, serving food items and beverages, taking care of any special requests, anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction, and offering suggestions, assisting with restaurant inventory, taking care of the breakdown, cleaning and setting‑up of tables and work stations
You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi‑task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
